Singapore, September 2013 – Nexia TS is proud to announce its latest achievement in receiving the Midas Touch Asia (MTA) Enterprise Awards – Platinum Award, organised by MEG and Channel News Asia. The MTA Forum and award ceremony was held at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Fairmont Singapore on 26 August 2013. The Enterprise Awards recognised enterprises in the Asia Pacific, which has the potential for exponential growth in the next decade.
The MTA Enterprise Awards are conferred in recognition of an enterprise’s achievements in the four areas of potential growth in the next 5 years, the enterprise innovation, performance & productivity, branding and public image. The award categories are Enterprise of the Year Award, Business Personality of the Year Award, Distinguised Enterprise Award, Platinum Award, Gold Award, Silver Award and Bronze Award.
The MTA Enterprise Award evaluation committee selected and honour some of the greatest in Asia Pacific. The Top 20 recipients received the award from MTA keynote speaker, Apple Inc co-founder, Mr. Steve Wozniak. The Gold, Silver and Bronze Award Recipients received their awards from respective invited speakers Mr Mohd Nazifuddin Bin Dato’ Seri Najib Razak, Dr Tan Khee and Mr Robert Wang. The Enterprise of the Year Award goes to Mr Derrek Goh of Serial System Ltd Group, distributor of active and passive electronic components to original equipment manufacturers and subcontractors. Founder and Chairman of Breadtalk Group Ltd, Dr George Quek received the Business Personality of the Year Award.

The forum was followed by the gala dinner and award ceremony for The Enterprise Awards where Guest of Honour, Minister for Environment and Water Resources, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan graces the occasion. Day 2 of MTA features The Learning Exchange with specific group exchange and visits organised for the respective industries.
