Nexia TS Awarded New Tripartite Standards For Fair and Progressive Employment Practices

Singapore, 25 October 2019 – Nexia TS is pleased to announce that it has met three new Tripartite Standards for Recruitment Practices, Grievances Handling and Flexible Work Arrangements under the Tripartite Alliance Award (Fair and Progressive Employment Practices) on top of the existing standards- Term Employment and Unpaid Caregiving Leave. The Award is managed by the tripartite partners Ministry of Manpower, National Trades Union Congress and Singapore National Employers Federation. Meeting these new standards are important for Nexia TS as it reflects the firm’s exemplary and progressive employment practices.
