Job description:

  • Liaise with external vendors and communicate within the management and accounting team.

  • Provides guidance to team members.
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum with Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong background in consolidation work.
  • Experience in leading an accounting team to complete full spectrum of accounting operations.

Job description:

  • Assist in overseeing the full spectrum of Accounting operations which includes the closing of management accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end closing and ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Support in managing external vendors and clients
  • Provides guidance to the teams member to complete the accounting work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI in bookkeeping or equivalent
  • Preferably 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Oracle and POS system

Job description:

  • Provide support and assist the team to complete the full spectrum of Accounting operations which includes the preparation of payment and issuance of the invoices
  • Perform and ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately
  • Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Liaises with external vendors and clients
  • Conduct stock taking if require
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualifications

  • Candidates with good academic background but with no experience will be considered as training will be provided

Job description:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments to grow the business
  • Supervising a team of assurance professionals and manage a portfolio of clients

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Min 4-5 years of proven and relevant audit experience for Manager position
  • Candidates with the relevant years of experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team
  • Manage client’s expectations and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special reports

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications e.g. CPA (Australia), ICAEW
  • Min 5 years of proven and relevant audit experience for Manager position
  • Candidates with relevant but lesser years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
  • Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas for engagements
  • Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good report writing and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in IT related discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with relevant but lesser years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
  • Professional Certification in CISA and CISSP is a must
  • Candidate with OSCP/CREST will have added advantage

Internal Audit Associate/Senior

Job Description:

  • Participate in the preparation of internal audit plans
  • Carrying out internal audits, corporate governance reviews and enterprise risk assessment projects
  • Preparation of audit working papers and reports in accordance with firm’s methodology and presentation of observations to clients
  • Advising management on process/control weaknesses and make cost-effective and practical recommendations in line with industry best practices
  •  
    For the Senior Position, you will also be responsible for:

  • Leading a team for performance of internal audits, governance reviews, enterprise risk assessment and sustainability reporting projects
  • Ensuring reviews are carried out with a sound understanding of key control concepts and clients’ internal control processes
  • Identifying and communicating internal audit observations and providing relevant recommendations to the clients
  • Guiding and reviewing the work of junior auditors to ensure quality of audit work performed
  • Participating in the preparation of proposals to clients

Requirements:

  • Possess degree in Accounting or related business field, including information technology
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of Internal/External Audit experience (For Senior position, at least 2 years)
  • CIA, CISA and/or CPA qualifications preferred, but not a must
  • Strong interest and sound knowledge of risks and controls in various business functions
  • Strong analytical ability, independent with high level of initiative
  • Good report writing and interpersonal/communications skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
  • Willing to travel (about 30% to 40%)

 

 

Technology Advisory Associate (Product Solution)

Job Description:

  • Manage Vendors and have good understanding of their products
  • Propose and demonstrate solutions to existing/new customers
  • Manage documentation work relating to engagements
  • Provide engagement support to Managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or Business related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Candidates who have IT product knowledge and certification will have added advantage
  • Good telecommunication and presentation skills
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision

 

 

Transformation & Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

  • Assist in the review of audit engagement files selected for Cold and Hot reviews
  • Support the director in the quality control review of audit engagement files
  • Assist in the review of the Firm’s controls under SSQC1 (Singapore Standard of Quality Controls 1)
  • Support the Director in various transformation projects (eg project management and streamlining of audit processes)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • A member of ISCA Chartered Accountant (or its equivalent)
  • Audit experience in large audit firms in Singapore (with exposure in audit management role for listed entities and quality review functions)
  • Matured and with strong inter-personal skills
  • Able to “think out of the box” with good initiative

 

 

Corporate Advisory Manager (Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

Job description:

    • Able to undertake overseas travel and within Malaysia for field work and engagements
