Audit Assistant Manager / Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with engagement team, partner and/or client
  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments to grow the business
  • Supervision of assurance professionals and managing a team
  • Familiar with the regulatory and reporting environment
  • Develop and grow team members
  • Prepare budget and quotation for new client

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 6 years of proven and relevant audit experience will be considered for Manager position
  • Candidates with the relevant years of experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

Audit Senior

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team
  • Manage client’s expectations and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special reports

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven and relevant audit experience
  • Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision

 

Audit Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assists Seniors in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Establish working relationships with clients
  • Undertake various audit assignments of small and medium size clients in various industries
  • Prepare audit working papers in accordance with standards and requirements
  • Prepare recommendations letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Candidates with good academic background but with no experience will be considered for Assistant position as training will be provided

 

Assistant Manager, Financial Advisory, Insolvency & Restructuring

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage assignments for timely completion
  • Take charge of staff planning and management
  • Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work and compliance with all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the assignments
  • Assist the Director in practice development matters and activities
  • Coach, motivate and develop junior members within the team

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and lead in a team, to manage the project and meet project deadlines
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience in PAC firms
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking / analytical skills

 

Internal Audit Associate (Risk Advisory)

Job Description:

  • Prepare internal audit plans
  • Carry out internal audits, corporate governance and enterprise risk management assignments
  • Documentation relating to audit/advisory work performed
  • Prepare internal audit reports
  • Advise management on process/control weaknesses and propose cost-effective recommendations in line with leading practices

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Min 1 year of Internal/External Audit experience
  • CA, CIA and/or CPA qualifications will be an advantage
  • Experience with IT audits and/or data analytics will also be preferred
  • Demonstrate initiative, business acumen and analytical skills, passion in advisory work
  • Good report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

 

Associate, Outsource Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide assistance to the seniors/managers in meeting the deadlines for the accounting support for clients
  • To enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately
  • To liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents etc
  • Conduct stock taking, cash count (if any)
  • To assist in the computation of monthly payroll
  • To assist in the CPF e-submission
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum with Diploma in Accounting field
  • No experience required
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, XERO and MYOB

 

Admin Associate (Training and Development)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support in development and monitoring of internal technical work including auditing and accounting standards, training and quality control processes.
  • To facilitate customer due diligence procedures for prospective audit clients
  • To coordinate or prepare the required information for client acceptance process
  • In charge of compactus in Assurance, labelling of files, retrieve and return of files in compactus.
  • To support any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates who possess at least a Diploma preferably in Accountancy, Economics, Statistics, or related fields of study
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Good organise and coordinate ability
  • Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft Word
  • Hardworking personality and able to work independently
  • Candidates seeking stable working opportunity
