Job Description:

  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team
  • Manage client’s expectations and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special reports

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications e.g. CPA (Australia), ICAEW
  • Min 5 years of proven and relevant audit experience for Manager position
  • Candidates with relevant but lesser years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
  • Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas for engagements
  • Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision

Job description:

  • Establish working relationships with clients
  • Undertake various audit assignments of small and medium size clients in various industries
  • Prepare audit working papers in accordance with standards and requirements
  • Prepare recommendations letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

 

Accounting Manager

Job description:

  • Supervises and provides support to the accounts team for monthly closing, management reporting, budgetary control, forecasting activities to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Liaise with external vendors and communicate within the management and accounting team
  • Review current process flow for improvement
  • Provides guidance to team members
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimally a Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong background in consolidation work
  • experience in leading an accounting team to complete full spectrum of accounting operations
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Oracle and POS systems
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

Job description:

  • Assist in overseeing the full spectrum of Accounting operations whcih includes the closing of management accounts
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end closing and ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all transactions
  • Support in managing external vendors and clients
  • Provides guidance to the team members to complete the accounting work

Requirements:

    • Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI in bookkeeping or equivalent
  • Preferably with 4 year of working experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Oracle and POS systems

Job description:

  • Provide support and assist the team to complete the full spectrum of Accounting operations which includes the preparation of payment and issuance of the invoices
  • Perform and ensure all transactions are recorded tily and accurately
  • Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information

  • Conduct stock taking if required

Job description:

  • Assist in valuation and transaction support services, financial advisory for businesses
  • Conduct financial due diligence assignments within tight deadline
  • Assist in related Mergers & Acquisitions transaction support engagements
  • Works closely with directors and seniors on client relationship management
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Preferably 1 year of related working experience in audit/assurance work in a local public accounting firm
  • Candidates with good academic background but with no experience will be considered as training will be provided
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Effectively bilingual to liaise with Chinese speaking client

 

 

Associate, Advisory Operations

Job Description:

  • Provide business and administrative support to Advisory Leader (Director) and Risk Advisory Directors. This includes preparation of materials for pre-client meeting (such as official letters, presentation slides, etc.), coordinate for client meeting timings, business development and internal commercial processes.
  • Work closely with Advisory Leader (Director) to develop support services efficiencies and procedures for go-to-market business development initiatives
  • Provide support in develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy
  • To be pro-active to support other areas of the business needs of the Advisory Leader (Director) and Directors
  • Prepare and processing business-related expenses claim for the Advisory Leader
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office software
  • A mature self-starter with pleasant personality and good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Positive, helpful, comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese – in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates

 

 

Cybersecurity & Technology Advisory Associate

Job Description:

  • Support Cybersecurity review work, IT related audits and VAPT engagements
  • Support Incident Response to Cyber/Forensic engagements
  • Assist in Technology Advisory on solution and implementation
  • Assist in Digital Forensic Investigation work
  • Any other matters assigned by the Director/Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Security and/or Forensic related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate may apply
  • Professional Certification in CISA and CISSP will have added advantage
  • Candidate with CEH/OSCP/CREST will have added advantage
  • Candidate with Cybersecurity product knowledge will have added advantage
  • Candidate with basic Digital Forensic experience will have added advantage

Job Description:

  • Evaluate and analyse threat, vulnerability, impact and risk to security issues discovered from security assessments
  • Advise clients on the security issues, including explanation on the technical details and how they can remediate the vulnerabilities in the systems
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

Requirements:

    • A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
    • 2-3 years of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
    • Possess of security certification (OSCP/CISSP) will be an advantage
    • Basic programming and scripting knowledge will be an advantage
    • Basic Knowledge in penetration testing, programming, networks and operating systems

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Reports to the Heads of Internal Audit, Governance and Risk Management
  • Responsible for supervising a team of fellow professionals and managing a portfolio of clients
  • Oversee proper execution of internal audit, corporate governance, compliance, enterprise risk assessment projects, including planning, fieldwork and reviews
  • Present audit findings to senior management of clients and Audit Committee
  • Follow up on potential client opportunities, prepare and present proposals to Boards
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff auditors

Requirements:
