Job description:

Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

Internal Audit Associate


Job description:
  • Participate in the preparation of internal audit plans
  • Carrying out internal audits, corporate governance reviews and enterprise risk assessment projects
  • Preparation of audit working papers and reports in accordance with firm’s methodology and presentation of observations to clients
  • Advising management on process/control weaknesses and make cost-effective recommendations in line with industry best practices


Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications such as degree in Accounting or related business field, including information technology
  • Min 1 year of Internal/External Audit experience
  • CIA, CISA and/or CPA qualifications preferred, but not a must
  • Strong interest and sound knowledge of risks and controls in various business functions
  • Strong analytical ability, independent with high level of initiative
  • Good report writing and interpersonal/communications skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
  • Willing to travel (about 30% to 40%)

Accounting Assistant Manager


Job description:
  • Provide accurate, reliable and full set of financial statements and accounting records
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules
  • Group consolidation reporting
  • Management reporting
  • GST/ Tax submission
  • Liaising with external and internal auditors, and tax consultants
  • Handling other administrative ad-hoc matters


Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or ongoing ACCA, with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • Candidates with relevant experience as a Senior Account Executive will be considered for a Assistant Manager role
  • Good accounting knowledge and application of Singapore FRS
  • Good understanding of accounting processes and management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage
  • Candidate must be meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
  • A good team player and able to handle pressure and deadlines

Accounts Associate


Job description:
  • Prepare and generate survey reports for external use
  • Conduct site visits to check and retrieve accounting documents for generating of reporting
  • Submit report within given timeline
  • Any other ad hoc duties


Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI in bookkeeping or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of Accounting experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage

Insolvency & Restructuring Manager


Job description:
  • Plan, execute and manage a portfolio of clients in Financial Advisory, Insolvency and Restructuring matters
  • Take charge of staff planning and management
  • Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work and compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the assignments
  • Assist and work closely with the Director in practice development matters and activities
  • Coach, motivate and develop junior members within the team


Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and lead in a team, to manage projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Candidates with minimum of 6 years of proven and relevant insolvency or audit working experience in PAC firms will be considered
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking / analytical skills
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Willing to travel upon notice

Tax Manager


Job description:

    Reporting to the Tax Director(s), you will be leading a team of tax professionals to perform the following tax advisory and compliance services for our clients:
  • Reviewing and filing Singapore corporate tax, goods and service tax (GST), and individual tax returns
  • Assisting clients to identify and apply for tax incentives, reliefs or grants
  • Support and assist the Tax Director(s) in all aspects of international as well as local tax advisory
  • Reviewing tax provisions for companies
  • Attending to queries raised by IRAS
  • Handling tax audits and investigations


Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
  • CA qualifications and/or Accredited Tax Advisor/Practitioner (Income Tax) preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience and with basic concept of transfer pricing
  • Highly committed, versatile, motivated and proactive in seeking tax solutions for clients
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with advising on cross-border transactions is an advantage

Corporate Advisory Manager (Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

  • Candidate with the relevant but lesser years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
  • Able to undertake overseas travel and within Malaysia for field work and engagements
  • Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Candidates to be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage, for overseas assignments

Job description:
  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of engagements in various industries
  • Identify and discuss accounting and other reporting issues with the Manager and/or Partner
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, working papers prepared by the engagement team
  • Manage client’s expectation and provide timely updates and feasible solutions on client’s queries
  • Supervise, review, coach and develop Associates in the team
  • Preparing proposals to clients
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special reports
  • Conducting closing meetings with clients
  • Leading internal audits


Requirements:
