Assurance and Business Services

The stakeholders and decision-makers in a business must have confidence in its financial systems. With a heightened focus on risk management and corporate governance, it is more important than ever for companies to obtain robust advice and assurance on financial controls and accounts, not just as part of the annual audit cycle, but on an ongoing basis, and particularly when undertaking transactions. Our emphasis is on quality of our work and our advice which we ensure through in house technical updates, training, recruitment and quality control process. All public interest entities audit require 2 directors’ concurrence.

Who We Work With?

We provide assurance and business services for medium to large private companies and listed businesses, owner-managed and family enterprises, nonprofit organisations, professional service firms and financial service firms. Our advice comes from an understanding of our clients’ businesses, the industries in which they operate and the issues they face. We offer relevant and workable solutions.

Assurance

We provide audit services to emphasize the independence of audit services provided to our clients, as a requirement of our regulators. We strongly believe that the audit process, although a statutory requirement, should add value to a business and assist its directors in their decision-making.

Business Services

Alongside our core services of assurance, much of our work is transaction-based support and due diligence, drawing on our strong links with the private equity and financial markets. Our services address a wide range of business needs and include acting as reporting accountants for market listings.
