Job description:

  • Prepare and generate survey reports for external use
  • Conduct site visits to check and retrieve accounting documents for generating of reporting
  • Submit report within given timeline
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI in bookkeeping or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage

Audit Associate

Job description:

  • Establish working relationships with clients
  • Undertake various audit assignments of small and medium size clients in various industries
  • Prepare audit working papers in accordance with standards and requirements
  • Prepare recommendations letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Audit Manager / Audit Assistant Manager

Job description:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments to grow the business
  • Supervising a team of assurance professionals and manage a portfolio of clients
  • Familiar with the regulatory and reporting environments
  • Develop and grow team members

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Min 4-5 years of proven and relevant audit experience for Manager position
  • Candidates with the relevant years of experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

Audit Senior

Job Description:

  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team
  • Manage client’s expectations and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve controls and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special reports

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications e.g. CPA (Australia), ICAEW
  • Min 5 years of proven and relevant audit experience for Manager position
  • Candidates with relevant but lesser years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
  • Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas for engagements
  • Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision

Forensic and Litigation Support Associate

Job Description:

  • Conduct cyber security review work on cases assigned
  • Perform IT audit on cases assigned
  • Conduct digital forensic investigation on cases assigned
  • Perform general investigation work on cases assigned
  • Any other matters assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in area related to Cybersecurity/Information Security/Forensic Computing
  • Individual with Professional Certification such as CREST/OSCP/CISA/CISSP will have added advantage
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to travel and work OT on last minute notice
  • Fresh graduate with no working experience may apply

Insolvency & Restructuring Manager

Job Description:

  • Plan, execute and manage a portfolio of clients in Financial Advisory, Insolvency and Restructuring matters
  • Take charge of staff planning and management
  • Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work and compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the assignments
  • Assist and work closely with the Director in practice development matters and activities
  • Coach, motivate and develop junior members within the team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and lead in a team, to manage projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of proven and relevant insolvency or audit working experience in PAC firms and a minimum of 3 years of the managerial role will be considered
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking / analytical skills
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Willing to travel upon notice

Insolvency & Restructuring Senior

Job Description:

Tax Senior

Job description:

  • Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries
  • Prepare clients’ corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns
  • Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities
  • Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accountancy and Tax
  • Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong in written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidates with the relevant years of experience may be considered for the position of Semi Senior / Senior

Corporate Advisory Associate (Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

Job description:

Requirements:

  • Candidate to possess an internationally recognised Degree in Accountancy or completed ACCA or other Chartered Accountant qualification
  • Candidates with 1 years auditing experience will be considered for Associate position
  • Candidates with good academic background without relevant experience will be provided with training
  • Candidates to be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Good report writing and interpersonal/communication skills
  • Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage, for overseas assignments
  • Able to undertake overseas travel and within Malaysia for field work and engagements
