Nexia TS is looking for a creative individual to join its Marketing Communications department who will primarily be involved in events planning, creative development and marketing administrative functions. The incumbent will play a support role in the team’s mission to run marketing and corporate communications campaigns from ideation to execution. He or she will also be required to collaborate with other departments for support work including ad hoc business project duties.

This will be a good development opportunity for aspiring marketers who would like to seek a cohesive marketing communications role in the B2B sector.

Job description:

  • Assist in planning and execution of events such as seminars, firm and client-facing events
  • Design of marketing collaterals (print and digital) which includes corporate newsletters, website content, emails, infographics and social media content
  • Website updates and maintenance
  • Marketing database maintenance
  • Business support
  • Sourcing of corporate gifts
  • Other ad-hoc business project assignments and admin duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design/Mass Communications/Marketing or Business related qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop
  • Photo editing skills not a must but highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Accounts Associate

Job description:

  • Prepare and generate survey reports for external use
  • Conduct site visits to check and retrieve accounting documents for generating of reporting
  •  Submit report within given timeline
  •  Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI in bookkeeping or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of Accounting experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage

Administrator (Front Desk)

Job description:

  • Provide General Administrative and Secretarial Support
  • Assist in preparing Official Documents, such as Official Letters / Financial Reports / Presentation Reports
  • Assist in Company’s daily operation
  • Carry out Receptionist Duties such as greeting, assisting and/or directing students, visitors and the general public to the right office/department
  • Oversee the cleanliness and neatness of Reception Area

Requirements:

  • Assisting M&A Advisory team in various administrative tasks (preparation of mandate letter, client acceptance due diligence, billings, collection, logistic, etc);
  • Perform research, financial analysis, financial models, etc;

Job description:

  • Provide IT assistance and support to all users which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving all network, systems and software related issues
  • Install, configure, administer and maintain all end-user related software and hardware(Notebook, tablets, desktops, BYOD devices)
  • Install, configure and administer servers (Linux, Windows Domain Controller, Active directory, Certificate Authority, File server, DNS and any in-house application servers)
  • Configure, Administers and maintains network devices such as Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, HP, 3COM switches)
  • Administers and maintain application database and NAS system
  • Liaise with software vendors to fine-tune applications according to end-users requirement
